Phase 1: Supply Chain Excellence

a. Define Excellence

Having a clear picture of your strategic objective is imperative. Your organization must be aligned on this point. Fortunately, in life science supply chain the objective is frequently simple – always maintain supply to customers, at a reasonable cost.
